TTK7D-6.0型司機(jī)室空調(diào)機(jī)組是專(zhuān)為HXD1B、HXD1C型和諧號(hào)電力機(jī)車(chē)設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品。該司機(jī)室空調(diào)系統(tǒng)具有通風(fēng)、制冷、制暖等功能，通過(guò)回風(fēng)溫度和環(huán)境溫度傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制，設(shè)置手動(dòng)控制功能，可以為機(jī)車(chē)司機(jī)室提供舒適的室內(nèi)環(huán)境。空調(diào)機(jī)組安裝在司機(jī)室內(nèi)的操縱臺(tái)下，機(jī)組的回風(fēng)口在靠近室內(nèi)的端面，新風(fēng)進(jìn)口在機(jī)組底面，新風(fēng)和回風(fēng)在機(jī)腔內(nèi)混合后，經(jīng)空調(diào)冷卻(或加熱)，再通過(guò)送風(fēng)機(jī)，向上送入司機(jī)室內(nèi)，使得室內(nèi)的溫度逐漸調(diào)節(jié)，并使其維持在較舒適的范圍內(nèi)。空調(diào)機(jī)組的冷凝水通過(guò)機(jī)組底部的排水孔，直接排至車(chē)底。空調(diào)機(jī)組的室外冷凝風(fēng)從機(jī)組前端進(jìn)入，通過(guò)冷凝器后，再?gòu)臋C(jī)組底部向車(chē)下排出。空調(diào)機(jī)組采用PLC控制模式，電氣部件位于靠近室內(nèi)的端面，對(duì)空調(diào)進(jìn)行可靠的控制、保護(hù)和故障診斷。電氣部件通過(guò)連接器與操縱臺(tái)上的控制面板相連，可方便的進(jìn)行操作及檢修。

The return alr with inlet faces cab, and cool air with inlet at bottom of unit, mixedogether within unit chamber, treated wih cooling or heating,betore blowing into driver cab,theretore adiusting indoor temperature to dcomfortable evel. The condensing water drains out through unit botom holes to the ground.Air flow into the condensing chamber in theiront, pass through condenser and flow under the vehicle.With PLC control mode,the electrical part faces the cab, so that it can be effectively controlled, protected and diagnosed.
